The Great Plains Sauce & Dough Company was established in May of 1979. We have been producing and serving a pizza product that is unmatched in central Iowa, and from what many of our long-time customers tell us, unmatched anywhere. Great Plains isn't about being the biggest or the busiest. It's about being "The Best."
